The OnlineFestival.ITFS.de will start the live stream at 8pm on 5th May with the official opening of the festival. As the same with every year, the opening will be moderated by Markus Brock.
Every day, the OnlineFestival Free section in the online festival “OnlineFestival.ITFS.de” offers a varied entertainment programme for young and old, for film fans and film lovers. More than 100 guests will join the festival in the real OnlineFestival Studio or virtually during the six days of the festival.

ITFS Kids Stream
From 2 pm to 5 pm everyday (6th to 10th May), there will be a family programme with short films and series (for example Nils Holgersson by Studio 100) and workshops, webinars and interviews.
Talks & Shorts
From 2 pm to 5 pm everyday (6th to 10th May), animated short films for adults alternate with talks and lectures. There will be local talks with regional players and international talks with big names in animated film (some of them listed below):

Presentations & Lectures give a unique insight into the artistic work of animation artists (some of them listed below):

And the world premiere of the film Botschaften with an interview from director Daniel Höpfner (7:30 pm on 6th May).

Starting 8 pm: The evening program is hosted daily live by Markus Brock and broadcast from the ITFS studio. Every day there is a new main topic.

ITFS Night Talk
Every day from 10 pm there will be talks with representatives from the cultural scene and with the makers of ITFS, who will take a look behind the scenes. There will also be small cinematic gems from our partners, including ARTE, and a special late night film programme.
ITFS Night Stream
From 11 pm for all night owls: the ITFS Night Stream with concerts, the ITFS trailer show, Best of 48H Animation Jam of the ITFS of the last 15 years and much more.
