The 36th Cartoon Forum was held from 15th to 18th September 2025 at Toulouse, France. This year, a variety of TV animation projects were pitched in front of 870 participants ranging from producers, investors, broadcasters, and buyers, to SVoD/VoD platforms.

The 75 pitched projects showcased a wide variety of genres and visual styles, highlighting the richness of European animated series. The top 10 projects, co-produced in at least two European countries, that attracted the largest number of participants are listed below:
