The 33rd Cartoon Forum was held from 19th to 22nd September 2022 at Toulouse, France. This year, a variety of TV animation projects were pitched in front of more than 1,000 participants ranging from producers, investors, broadcasters, and buyers, to SVoD/VoD platforms.
