The 34th Cartoon Forum was held from 18th to 21st September 2023 at Toulouse, France. This year, a variety of TV animation projects were pitched in front of more than 1,000 participants ranging from producers, investors, broadcasters, and buyers, to SVoD/VoD platforms.
