1. Introduction

From 18th to 21st September 2023, the 34th Cartoon Forum will be held in Toulouse, France. Cartoon Forum has been the core event for the growth of co-production and distribution of European animation for television and new media platforms since 1990. It has helped finance 956 animation projects since its inception.

France leads the selection with 32 projects, followed by Ireland with 7 projects, Belgium and Germany with 6 projects each, and Spain with 5 projects.
